We have designed and constructed systems from 25 tonne wineries up to 100,000 tonne wineries. Although we have several "standard" design treatment systems, each winery is unique and each system is designed to suite the specific requirements of the winery and its locality. We have designed and constructed all styles of systems from wetlands, dam systems, tank systems, and sewer discharge systems. The key to the best solution is working out where the treated water needs to go before designing the treatment system, not after. CLEANER PRODUCTION Cleaner Production is about reducing the amount of loss. We have undertaken Cleaner Production Audits at many factories to determine where they can make savings. One audit resulted in a reduction of 22% of water use. Another winery saw their BOD load drop by around 50% resulting in more wine in bottle for the customer.
